Metallic abstract

It’s easy to create this fun metallic abstract painting with a little bit of help from Resene.

Metallic abstract painting

Resene art with Mark Rayner - Project 108

Difficulty level: Moderate

You will need

  • Clean cloth
  • Four old Resene testpots
  • Paintbrushes
  • Picture frame
  • Piece of 6mm MDF cut to fit the picture frame
  • Resene dropcloth

To get the look: Mark painted the background wall with Resene SpaceCote Flat tinted to Resene Baltic Sea.

Other ideas: For a silver and purple combination, dribble Resene Silver Aluminium over Resene Funtasia using a basecoat of Resene Daisy Bush.
