Who we are as Willowbank Kids.

Background to mural creation:
Willowbank is a culturally diverse school with a current roll of 703 students, over 28 different languages and an abundance of cultural identities and representations. ‘We Are Willowbank’ is a mural that reflects ‘who we are as a Willowbank Family’. The tree in the centre is based off of a kauri tree and each branch breaks off to represent different cultures at the school. ‘Awhina animals’ are represented too.
