Background to mural creation:
This mural reflects the Biblical account of the 7 days of creation recorded in Genesis 1; it is placed in the play area for the young tamariki to enjoy; tit is also in keeping with the school's Special Character. Local landmarks were to be included, as well as native NZ flora and fauna. Certain features of the mural glow in the night using Resene FX Nightlight glow-in-the-dark paint.
