Daring splash

Vickie's kitchen renovation is just about complete. While the walls are the popular neutral Resene Alabaster, the glass splashback makes a striking colour splash in Resene Orange Roughy.

The daring splashback was chosen to complement the bold bench top but most importantly to bring out the warmth in the rimu floor, while adding depth and form to a rectangular kitchen that is surrounded by light filled windows.

The aim is to update this home from its 1950s origins to a fabulous modern home.
