Finding space

Property Maintenance was brought in to help with this project to convert a poky tired laundry into something sensational. Behind the 1927 villa laundry wall was a false wall with additional space (that has now become their new laundry), rotten wallboards and rotten floorboards. A mess!

The poky space was soon transformed into a gorgeous fully functional working area that has extended the kitchen storage and cooking space. The butler's pantry and laundry area was painted in Resene Quarter Tea with the window and trim in Resene Lustacryl tinted to Resene Half Vanilla. They are so in love with the transition that the whole interior of the house is currently being painted the same colours, which also complement their style of room dressing.
