Cook and create in colour

Having recently retired, one of Aven’s first projects was to redo their kitchen, which was tired looking, rather beige and uninspiring. Because their kitchen looks out onto their beautiful garden they wanted a colour that would complement the garden nicely. Being newly retired, they also wanted a calming colour to provide a relaxing space to cook and create.

They are really thrilled with how Resene Loblolly looks in their new kitchen. They chose the colour themselves and then designed the kitchen around the colour selection. The glass splashback has also been tinted the same colour. With its clean, fresh, simple lines, this kitchen is perfect for their needs and has created a welcoming space that they love to spend time in.
