Making the most of a smaller space

Over three months they painted the interior and exterior of the house, replaced the worn out carpet and updated the bathroom with new tiles, vanity and toilet.

Cory and Leigh instantly saw the potential of this townhouse in, with the intention of eventually moving into it once their son finished high school.

Making the most of smaller spaces in the lounge

Moving from a large house in a semi-rural township to a small two bedroom townhouse in the city was a big adjustment but they quickly set about renovating the property to make it their own.

Over three months they painted the interior and exterior of the house, replaced the worn out carpet and updated the bathroom with new tiles, vanity and toilet. The interior walls are painted Resene Concrete with the exception of the bathroom which is painted in Resene Baltic Sea. The exterior has been painted in Resene Double White Pointer. Both love the Resene Concrete colour inside as it makes a great neutral backdrop for the many artworks and mementoes they have picked up on our overseas travels.

The only thing left to do now is to replace the tired early-2000s kitchen with a brand new one from Palazzo Kitchens.
