With the majority of the home, Justine decided to have the neutral palette of Resene Alabaster white along with some oak feature walls and polished concrete floors. But, when it came to the bedrooms they decided to splash out and go bold with colours and patterns.

Their two girls, Annabelle who is nine, and Scarlett who is five, share a room. They wanted something that would suit both ages, personality and would grow with them. In the girls’ room they decided to paint the walls Resene Pot Pourri, a beautiful dusty pink. They then added a bit of flare with some leopard print wall decals that Justine had custom made from a picture found on Pinterest. Justine then styled the room using pops of pink and mustard from the wall decals.

Dion and Justine are happy with how the room turned out, it is one of Justine’s favourite rooms in the house. It is a beautiful, stylish girls retreat!
