Four into an ensuite
Sandy and Eric turned four built-in wardrobes into an ensuite. As they have an older home they kept to the style of the rest of the house.
When it came to choosing colours they wanted warm colours as it can get very cold in winter. With the help of staff from the Resene ColorShop in Oamaru they chose Resene Abercrombie.
Sandy painted all the furniture and fittings the same colour to give a larger look overall. Sandy's son painted the rest of the space as a combined birthday and Mother's Day present.
The skylight can be opened and is a great way of adding light with privacy. It gives the space the feeling of being bigger; they didn't want to feel like they were in a cupboard!
