Debbie and Pete have finished their 80s beauty house renovation, completing most of the work themselves and ended up with a result they are very happy with.

On first inspection the house was very dated but in fantastic condition ready for an update. They bought her four years ago and have been slowly renovating as they got a feel of the house. It is a large 300 square metre house that had huge potential with amazing views over to Napier and the ranges.
Debbie and Pete opted to paint the walls with neutral shades - Resene Tea in the lounge and dining, Resene Half Tea in the hall, bedroom and entrance, and Resene Alabaster in the middle bedroom. Ceilings and architraves are finished in Resene Quarter Pearl Lusta.
Outside, the colour palette is darker with Resene Waterborne Woodsman Crowshead and railing in Resene Bokara Grey. Debbie and Peter used the online Ask a Resene Colour Expert service to get some colour ideas for some of their exterior, including the balustrades.

Thanks to Debbie and Pete.
