Feature colour makes the space

Lana is pretty passionate about Resene colours commenting that she “finds them so gorgeous and easy to use.”

She loves to create interesting spaces in the home and to keep consistency flowing through but also ensuring there are individual spaces especially in bedrooms.

Moving into a new home, there was a need to add colour to bring rooms to life. With three young boys, each boy’s bedroom is similar but with a different accent colour. In Reed’s room the feature colour is Resene Takaka with Resene Stack used on the repurposed drawers. Taylor’s room features Resene Stack. Their youngest son’s room (not shown) uses a combination of Resene Padua and Resene Stack.

The kitchen has a striking feature wall in Resene Half Nocturnal that faces towards a painting created using Resene Half Nocturnal, Resene Stack and Resene Copper Fire.
