Lynne and Trev purchased their house 12 years ago. Restoring the house and garden has been a labour of love. No wall has gone unpainted – walls have been removed, doors and windows replaced, all walls and ceilings regibbed, insulation added plus verandas on three sides.

Resene Zircon was used on all walls with Resene Black White on the windows and skirting boards and Resene Black on the wardrobes. Bold features of Resene Blackberry on the lounge wall and Resene Clockwork Orange in the scullery attract attention.

Resene Rugged Lavender and Resene Misty Lavender from the Karen Walker Paints collection adorn the exterior helping the garden to sit comfortable in the landscape.

From five acres of nothing they now have four acres of formal gardens, an impressive feat achieved while both still work full time.
