Create a colourful study area for your family without going too bright. Acid green Resene ASAP and slate blue Resene Dusted Blue are an unusual partnership for the walls but are pulled together by adding other accents in various blues.
A trestle desk and randomly placed art and crate shelves keep the look casual. The filing cabinet is in Resene Seachange, the trestle legs are in Resene True Blue, the shelf crates are in Resene True Blue and Resene Whirlwind, the chair is in Resene Alabaster and the bottom of the rubbish bin basket is Resene Whirlwind.
Add a plywood desk top protected with Resene Aquaclear and a timber floor in Resene Colorwood Walnut wood stain.
