• 20 papier mache Easter eggs (or more if you want your garland to be longer)
• Paintbrush
• Resene testpots in your choice of colours, Fleur used Resene Olive Green, Resene Paddock, Resene Cinnamon, Resene Soulful and Resene Persian Red
• Electric drill
• Long needle
• String
• Ribbon
• Papier mache Easter eggs, Fleur used 20 eggs but you could use more to make your garland bigger

Instructions

Step 1:  Divide the eggs equally into five groups and paint each group one of the following colours; Resene Olive Green, Resene Paddock, Resene Cinnamon, Resene Soulful and Resene Persian Red.

Step 2:  Make a hole in both ends of each egg. Fleur found an electric drill did a quick job of this. Use a long needle to thread string through the eggs. If you don’t have a long needle, you could use a crochet hook or a skewer to poke it through.

Step 3:  Hang the garland up and tie on some ribbon in a coordinating colour at even intervals along the garland.
