How to jazz up your books

Wallpaper book covers
You will need
- Wallpaper sample from the Resene Wallpaper Collection; Nikki used design 605631
- Exercise books
- Ruler, scalpel and cutting board
- Super glue
Instructions
- Measure your exercise book and cut the wallpaper to size, leaving a border big enough to glue onto the inside of the front and back covers.
- Cut to shape using the picture below as a guide.
- Glue the back cover and then close the book. Glue the front and leave to dry.
- Glue the flaps to the inside of each side and leave to dry.
Top tip: If you’re covering multiple books, be clever when choosing your Resene wallpaper so that the designs suit the use of the book, e.g. Perhaps a food inspired wallpaper for any books, such as recipe books, you plan to use in the kitchen, a floral inspired wallpaper for any garden related books and so on. That will make it easy to remember which book to look in and where they belong.
