Capturing the sense of grandeur of a regal Italian home can be as simple as choosing the correct architectural style and the right finishing touches.

This home, from developer Malcolm J Lusby, features deep verandahs inspired by Italian-style Loggia homes and a high standard of fittings and finishes, says general manager David Chapman.
