Colours, materials and layouts had to conform to a detailed and extensive design guide that applies to dealerships worldwide.

To do this, the architect and interior designer specified a specially formulated colour to be made up by Resene to match the colour used in European dealerships. Resene BMW White, a customised colour, is used on walls throughout the interior of the double height showroom and in the offices on the upper level.

Resene Zylone Sheen, an waterborne low sheen paint, was used over Resene Broadwall acrylic wallboard sealer to give an attractive, low odour finish that’s well-suited to commercial locations.

A customised colour, Resene BMW White, was specially formulated by Resene in New Zealand to meet specifications supplied by BMW Germany. Resene Zylone Sheen was applied to surfaces throughout BMW’s new offices and showrooms.
