The use of colour is a breath of fresh air to sustainably deliver modern living within the interior charm of a reworked villa.

Bold colour combinations in a contemporary kitchen, living and bathroom juxtapose traditional villa character painted in tonal shades of Resene Pearl Lusta. Red mosaic tiles, black granite, black gloss lacquered joinery, and polished kauri flooring provide warm textured finishes.
Resene Black White painted walls and ceiling, plus white claw foot bath and vanity top, contrast grey speckled granite floor and wall tiles and black gloss lacquered joinery. Lighting effects and a feature rug enhance the flow of space. The use of colour is a breath of fresh air to sustainably deliver modern living within the interior charm of a reworked villa.
