Combine Resene Crackle with a few testpots to create this cool crackle effect castle.
Crackle castle - instruction sheet
Resene kids art with Mark Rayner - Project 70
Difficulty level: Moderate
You will need: MDF castle cut-outs (ours came from ‘Spotlight’ and were sold in a pack as scrapbooking covers), MDF base (ours measured approximately 200mm x 250mm), Paintbrushes, PVA glue, Resene Art Action QuickDry waterborne primer undercoat, Resene Crackle, Resene Testpots of Resene Broom, Resene Havelock Blue and Resene Tory Blue
Top tip: The thicker you apply the Resene Crackle, the larger the cracks will be – but don’t put it on too thickly or it will run.
Here's another idea: This stone cottage was painted with Resene Astronaut, Resene Bone, Resene Kermit, Resene Pulse and Resene Whiskey Sour.
